Three things that make offshore hiring feel like a gamble — and how this fixes them

You can't see what a role should cost

Published pay ranges on every posting, from real market data

You pay before you know the work is good

Funds held in escrow until you approve the work

You can't tell a good candidate from a good resume

Structured screening against the requirements you actually wrote

How it works

1

Post the role with a real salary range

We show you what similar roles actually pay before you publish, so you're not guessing — and candidates aren't either.

2

Screen against what you actually asked for

Applicants are checked against your stated requirements, not ranked by who applied most recently.

3

Fund the role, then start

Your payment sits in escrow. It's released when you approve the work. Nobody starts until the money is there — which is also why good candidates take these roles seriously.

What US employers are actually paying

Customer support $560 – $900 /month
Executive assistant $700 – $1,100
Bookkeeper $850 – $1,300
Medical / healthcare VA $900 – $1,400
Developer $1,000 – $1,800

Based on 297 real job posts, August 2026. Ranges show the middle 50% — a quarter of employers pay less, a quarter pay more.

Questions we get asked

A remote assistant who touches patient information needs a signed Business Associate Agreement and controlled access — the same as any US contractor. We'll walk you through what's required and what to avoid. Most practices start their VA on scheduling and intake, which keeps them outside PHI entirely until you're comfortable.
Through the platform. You're paying in USD, they receive pesos, and you get a record for your books. You are not setting up foreign payroll.
Independent contractors. They're not US persons, so there's no W-2, no payroll tax, and no 1099 filing requirement for foreign contractors — though you should keep a signed W-8BEN on file. We provide the template. Confirm with your accountant.
The Philippines is 12–13 hours ahead of US Eastern. Most professionals here work US hours by choice — it's standard and it's priced in. You filter by the hours you need before you ever talk to anyone.
The Philippines is the third-largest English-speaking country in the world and English is a language of instruction in schools. For client-facing roles you'll hear the candidate speak before you decide.
You only ever pay for work you've approved. Beyond that, employers see each other's payment history and workers see yours — the accountability runs in both directions, which is the part most platforms leave out.
Existing sites store salary as free text, so you can't filter by pay, compare against the market, or tell whether your offer is competitive. They also take no responsibility for whether anyone gets paid. We fixed both of those, and we're starting with healthcare rather than trying to serve every role at once.
We haven't finalised pricing. The first group of employers helps us set it — and keeps whatever rate we land on. No card is required to join.

Who's behind this

I'm Matthew. I spent [N] years [ONE LINE OF RELEVANT BACKGROUND], and I kept running into the same thing: hiring offshore works well when you know what you're doing and goes badly when you don't, and almost nothing about the existing tools helps you know what you're doing.

So I pulled the numbers — 297 live job postings, what they pay, who's hiring, what actually gets filled — and started building the thing I wanted. If you're hiring soon and want to tell me what would make this useful, my inbox is hello@[DOMAIN] and I answer everything.

Where this actually stands

We're building this now. The job board opens this spring. Escrow follows in the first quarter after that. Right now we're talking to US employers about what they actually need — if you'd like to be one of them, leave your email above and say so.
